Since the 1st of September up to now I am overbilled on my cellphone contract. I have a fixed contract for R429 pm and have set my cap on R50 since the beginning. So I can not pay more than R479 pm. For the first month they could not discover the problem and eventually told me that the 2gb that is included in the package was accidently loaded separately and that they will fix the problem. Last week they told me that they have fixed the contract and that all my credits will be paid back on the 15th of Dec, and that was by a team leader. Yesterday I received my bill, nothing new, I was overbilled again, all empty promises.
