I applied three months ago for only a data line but insted without my consent they loaded it on closer plan. this iz seen as because that is not what i have asked for or signed for. when they installed the line it was a struggle because my house is too far from the exchange and could it not be loaded as a 4meg line so i informed the consultant to downgrade the line to 1meg. when i called on 09/12/2013 they informed it is still on 4meg.i am getting bill of R3500 for the wrong product thatvi did not sign for and my account must be rectified asap and then only will i pay the account. this is really terable service and i want this to be sorted out before the end on 11/12/2013 or else am going to CANCEL it!!! the people of the customer service dont even get back to me its already more then 72 hours ago.
