I have upgraded my 1meg line to 4meg. But when i do a speed test it I only get under 1meg. I have been paying for a 4meg line but not getting what I'm paying for. After numerous complaints and logging faults, I'm still only getting just under 1meg. We discovered that the line was upgraded on telkoms system, but not my user information. So when I log in on a friends user name and do a speed test, i get over 3meg (which is what I should be getting) Each time I call telkom, I have to deal with a different consultant and I have to repeat my problem. This is extremely frustrating and expensive as I phone them from my cell. Why am I paying for a service I'm not getting???
