Poor communication and assistance

1. I run a business, my phone fell, i don't have insurance so n took out another cheaper contract because I URGENTLY need a phone to run my business. I am furious. There is NO communication at all at the ground floor mtn Menlyn on Saturday I wanted to talk to a manager and they told met sorry the manager does'nt word on a Saturday. I try to phone: NO ANSWER The line cut me of everytime. I need the phone delivered to my doorstep before the end of this day!!! or I cancel I definately want to move my contract to another branch

2. My existing contract is mr maryke erasmus one month and the next mont I am Mr Maryke Du Plessis and the next month dont' know what!!! Please fix this!!! I am MRS Maryke Erasmus
