On Tuesday I came home and noticed my home phone is dead and there was no service not even a tone. So I logged a fault with Telkom and received this sms the same day. Dear Customer, This is a progress update from Telkom SA. Fault 828CWK191113 for Service ID 021xxx. Your fault is in hand with our technical repair division. Please do not reply to this SMS. Telkom... so I waited till today seeing that it's been almost 48hrs later I called the fault department and give them my ref no. And the lady tells me that the query is still sitting with the technical department and they are busy with the query. So after almost 48hrs after reporting the fault I dont get a call on the status nothing. What is telkoms SLA? If there is a major problem then let me know. She couldn't assist me but to tell me something I already knew... Then you keep reading Sipho Telkom CEO say... We going to work hard on customer service. I want to ask him is this customer service? I am paying for a service I am not receiving
