Very Dissappointing

This is the first time Ive been dissappointed with vodacoms service.
When I upgraded my contract two months ago I asked for a 4G Black Berry Z10... the sales person said he gave
Me one... only to find out a month later its not.
Then two weeks ago I took out a new contract with a Sony Erisson Z1... the day I opened it to use I noticed wen I use the internet or play music the phone overheats badly... i called cresta and spoke to Thasia abt returning the phone as I cudnt use it. Friday the 29 Novmber I took the phone back but Thasia had left for the afternoon and Cresta had no power. I left the phone with my statement with Riaz and asked Thasia to call me... no one did so Sunday I went back to the store but they were closed. Mr Nathi took my details and called me Wednesday to advise that the phone was with the techinician and he would call me back that afternoon to collect a new phone... I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE... PLS CANCEL THIS CONTRACT ASAP... The lack of communication is pathetic... i have four other contracts with vodacom which I will cancel once they are up... VODACOM SERVICE IS GONE REALLY DOWN... I CANT BELIEVE SUCH A SIMPLE THING WAS HANDLED SO POORLY.
