You know, I've reported this problem 4 times to you since the end of November. You have not once bothered to contact me or tried to resolve the non working line. You infact have had the cheek to tell me over the phone that you found no fault. So I am curious, when exactly were you at my house to try and resolve this as to date not a single person from Telkomsa has been near my property. Yet you expect me to pay for line rental but I cannot even use the phone. So all you have done is nothing but be rude and continually try and be dishonest. This is now absurd! I expect my phone line to be resolved within 24hrs
