I'm a long time MTN customer, two contracts were taken using my name in MTN, I only noticed a huge MTN bill out of my account in October 2013, Im not even sure how long this has been happening.
I reported the matter to MTN and I have to submit affidavids and other docs
In their deparment a gentlemen by the name of Mario contacted me and confirmed that the transactions were and that he will call me to explain how this happened and also confirm that I will be credited for the months this has been carrying on.

Up to today 09 December 2013 no one has called me from MTN, then only this I got was my legitimate cellphone line got cut without any notice despite the fact that I have been paying on cash basis for this line.

I am so disgusted by the abuse of power by this cellphone operator MTN.

I wish I can cancell my contract with them
