In September 2013 Vodacom billing me for a phone Only an amount of R1489.00 then I complained to hello peter. Instead of telling me how they came to this amount they couldn't they told me that they will change my monthly tarrif to a topup of R389 I told they I can't afford to pay this amount then end of October 2013 got a bill of R1590 without solving the september one so all in all they say I owe them over R3000.00 for just 1 cellphone I still told them to explain how do they charge this amount and their internet how did they come to all this amount to no joy. I have three account with they one is for a laptop, one for a ipad and the cellphone one I want them to separate this account want to pay them separate cause I have three different number for three different things. end of October I paid for the ipad only R489 in November I paid R1000.00 and December I paid R1500.00, since September all my contracts have been closed. now in January the 6th they send me a bill of R7434.50 how did it come to this amount because all the line are blocked for the past four months what happend to the money I been paying. and I still cant afford R7000. for one cellphone
