Vodacom charged my call and sms on roaming mode rates, whilst the call and sms was made was local. I reported the matter 5 days ago and today my dispute was resolved. Thank you very much to Vodacom eService Team (Michelle, Nicole, Marius, Clearice, Toufeeq and Maraine and Roderique) who made sure to follow up my dispute at all times, I am pleased to let you know that my airtime has been refunded by Vodacom. Well done guys!!!
