If I as a company owner choose you to be my service provider I expect to be treated that way, over all my years that I have been using Telkom, your service has never bettered and only seems to get worse, I am loosing literally hundreds of thousands of rands due to your incapability to provide a good service that you have promised!
here is my fault (321CWZ300113) I expect you to live up to your name as well as "Telkom's passion is to become world-class."
and do not give me a reply saying it will be escalated and nothing gets done for 7 days. my temper with your disgusting service is starting to escalate.
