I started paying manually on June, because they told me in order for me to remove my bank details it some process.
So I paid R467 early July for the month of June.
I paid R561 for the month of July, early August.
Now what happened is that they didn't see that payment of R561 end of August.
In fact they made an early debit order combining the R561 with the money I'm supposed to pay end of August which was R490, 78 so that added up to R1051, 78.
I reversed that money and on September the 7th I think, I went and did a manual payment of R491 (rounded off to the nearest rand).
The following day I went to 8ta in Eastgate so that they can attached my deposit slips on the system to it shows I paid (remember they said it takes 72 working hours to reflect on the system, but I still need to send deposit slips and stuff).
One of the employees there told me that she can see the 2 payments on the system, as a matter fact she told me that now they owe me R400 and something.
End of September that money they owe didn't show in my account.
October now they send me an sms that end of the month I owe them R280.
They took the R280 and I was happy.
Now what happens is, that R1051, 78 comes again (continues
