This complaint is a direct extension of the previous one (ARS 238695.) as that report of bad/non existing service has still not been resolved. I have now been without a service for 11 days. The complaint has been "escalated" twice (ha! ha!). The latest attempt to get something done was this morning. After waiting 35mins for someone to answer the phone I got lots of apologies etc. etc. I was told that the fault has been allocated to a technician for today... as it was last Friday! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he/she was busy and would call me back... more!
All I can say is that this level of service is a symptom of the generally bad and humorous way people view Telkom
