I leave in Vanderbijlpark, CE2 to be exact and the internet reception from Vodacom is very bad, I mean whats the point of having a smartphone and moderm is you can't access the internet. Worse I even took out a contract, my data bundle expire due to the lack of connectivity, majority of the time I get GPRS, like honestly, its 2013 and can't be surfing the net using GPRS. The best my iPhone can get is Edge or 3G... Where's LTE?

Complained and was told they are working on it, fast forward 6months later still the same issues.

technically speaking, this is a breach of contract cause they essentially not providing the service that I am paying for.
