I purchased a data bundle on 3 december 2013 23:00. Using the *110# function, i purchased 3Gb of data for R300. The R300 went of my account, but i did not receive the data. I then called customer support on the 4th December and was informed it will take 48 hours to resolve. Friday morning the 6th of December it was still not resolved. I phoned customer support again and was informed it will be resolved by 4pm. It was not, i phoned customer support again at 17:00 and was later phoned back at 18:00 to be informed that they will investigate. Now it is Monday the 9 the December 2013 and the data has not yet been credited to my account
