Bad service and Not responding to queries

I have logged a complaint on the 18 September 2013 and they responded saying they will look into my query and come back to me, but stil today nothing is being done and even with the cancellation nothing has been done. they still Billing 2 contracts and Have NOT fixed the other contract. I have send a reminder to the [Email Removed] but still NO respond. I am tired of running after this and 8ta's BAD SERVICE. I want the contract to be cancelled (0815237844) and (0815237846) to be fixed as the agreement and I need the VOICE recordings to be made availaible.
