Contract Cancelation

I have emailed Busisiwe the part of the contract regarding cancellation on 27 Feb 2013. She has unfortunately ignored my email. She prev. told me I could not send in a cancellation notice longer that 1 month.

Here is what seems to apply in their contract:
8.1 Termination
8.2 You are entitled to terminate this Agreement:
8.2.1 Upon the expiry of the Fixed Term, without penalty or charge, but subject to what is set out below; or
8.2.2 At any other time, by giving ADT 20 (twenty) business days' notice in writing, to be delivered to ADT's chosen domicilium.
8.8 On the expiry of the fixed term of the Agreement, it will be automatically continued on a month-to-month basis, subject to any material changes of which ADT has given You notice, unless You expressly:
8.8.1 Direct ADT to terminate the Agreement on the expiry date; or
8.8.2 Agree in writing to the renewal of the Agreement for a further Fixed Period.

I would like this resolved ASAP and for someone to take my complaint seriously. Does 8.2.2 really mean exactly 20 business days or a minimum of 20 business days.

Please refund the months that you have taken my money that the contract should have been cancelled.
