I arranged with Zuki for Intrnational Roving for my mobile on holiday in Europe. I was told it had been done, and have the letter from supplier to prove same. Upon arrival... no service!! To make matters a whole lot worse, I had a biking accident 8 hours after my arrival and broke my knee, requiring immediate reconstructive surgery..Try and arrange hospitals etc without a 'phone!! on arrival back in SA, I emailed Zuki at MTN, several times, asking for some explanation... To date still nothing!! I have been a loyal contract customer, for some18 years and find this service totally pathetic... certainly not deserving of any loyalty or even patronage. It!!!
