I Booked flights from JHB to East London in January 2013. In the week of our departure, we received an sms to say flight times have changed to a later time. Now we have to arrange for our transport upon arrival in EL on publi holiday 21 March. 2 hours before our departure time i receive an email for another change in flight time. Yet again i have to make alternate arrangements on the same day im leaving! This is ridiculous and inconsiderate. Is this the kind of service i have paid for? Unfortunately this is the only airline that flies this route - is this why changes can be made on the day?? Pathetic!!
