No Service for 3 days

My Telkom land line and ADSL went faulty Wednesday and still not fixed. Every time I phone 10210 I get told the problem is on the exchange!

Would be wonderful for Telkom to info their customers of a status and ETR report, seeing that you are a communications company, yet you don't communication with your customers that pay your salaries!
