Cannot get account cancelled

On the 3rd of April we sent a cancellation for 4 of our 5 lines. We also resent this numerous times afterwards to [Email Removed] without any response. On the 20th November we moved out of the offices and sent a cancellation for the final line. I resent it again and still have received no response.
