Terrible service, useless

I act on behalf on my dear friend, regarding Neotel's constant failure to provide the correct services promised.
namely,
* to correctly email the monthly invoice,
* to update the details accordingly,
* to repair the faulty number porting issue that is constantly cause interruptions to the service,
* and accept the cancellation notice given over a month and a half ago due to Neotel's breach of service agreement

Now Neotel is threatening my friend for failing to pay the account, but Neotel is at fault for not updating their side after constantly informing them of their errors. We have sent emails them them phone calls to them, and still their ignore what we say the continue to charge my friend and threaten to hand over if not paid upfront. she does not nor can not use the service due to their faulty service.
