After logging a complaint last month about being billed for a service that I am not receiving, I was contacted by telkom to arrange installation. Strange how installation was going to be do e at a site that 2 months earlier had no infrastructure due until 2015???
I was contacted by numerous departments, none of which were relevant to my query. On my last attempt, I was put through to a lady, Margaret from accounts, who subsequently told me that the problem was not hers and she wasn't interested in what I had to say and I should contact cancellations. ( this woman should clearly be promoted for going the extra mile for a customer)
I was then contacted a week or so later by another woman, the first woman who actually seemed to understand the nature of my complaint and problem. She assured me that the service I was being billed for had been cancelled and I would no longer be charged.
Only to recieve a bill again for subscription services Do Uncapped Broadbrand service number TIN1877776. This is now the 4 th month that this continues unresolved after being constantly told the issue has been resolved!
