Top up contract taken out / now open account

I have had my data contract for almost 20 months and was billed at R149.00 for 2gigs however got an sms saying that I have reached my credit Limit last month - called 808 and was told to ignore sms. My son got the same sms saying the line will be suspended called 808 and was told I need to pay R1397.53 as it is an open account. I have been a client with MTN many years and now just want to close my contracts and will no longer be doing business with them - call center staff don't know what they doing. Still trying to get a settlement amount after 3 day from the re-tensions department - assist at the Blue Route store very helpful was told to wait for my debit date as unsure what amount I will be billed with just a disaste
