Ad service and unwilling to help with problems

As I upgraded my contract my phone got softlogged.have tried phoning acounts departments and no one can help me to resolve my issue on why my contract is a gap contract but could get finance on my samsung s4 but have been paying monthly with a monthly debit order paying vodacom and needed my credit limit to be set higher and problem not being resolved.im unhappy with the service that vodacom provides after upgrading to a contract thats more pointless then just taking a new one. Request has been logged for acounts to contac me to resolve and nothing happend.as far as my knowledge if im on a gap contract ill cancel the contract immediately and prefer a different service provider.also when the contract was opened there was not disccused to myself anything about a gap contract.but yet im paying monthly.i needed the softlog to be taken off due to the number being for work use and could not carry out any work duties and responsibilities and lost business due to vodacoms pathetic services that could not resolve my problems.
