For the past three months now my fathers account has been debit between R3000.00 & R4000 which was unauthorised & also his MTN sim card was not been used during this period. We did contact MTN & there was no service or reponse from them. This is totally unexceptable because the sim card was not been used< how can someone be billed for something that has not been used. It is dissappointing that such a big service provider could not assist.
