I withdrew R3000 at the bp garage atm at safarigardens 3 min later the same amount went of again, i contacted fnb and was told that i have to fill in a form, the next morning an unauthorised debit went of my account by avis car hire, the third in a 2 week period (of which i paid with my ebucks) i went in to my personal banker, who destroyed the card (a chip and pin card) i asked him how can a company take money from my account without the r, evant pin they did however made a photo copy of my card. I filled in a investigation card on both instances, and i phoned about 8 times, the insidents happened in the first week of nov 2012, it is now march 2013, i want to know how does the people looking after your money ignores as i was told that nobody ina branch are allowed to make a reversal of a forced debit, the duplication of transactions happened before but within 48hours it was reversed, but not that one, i am truly unhappy about it
