I would like to lodge a formal complaint about the deal advertised on your site. I purchased the Acrobranch deal, I called to make a reservation. I got through to the most incompetent front line person of the ACROBRANCH . I asked her how do I go about utilising my voucher as it states that it is valid immediately. The lady I spoke to who refused to give me her name was extremely rude and had no customer service etiquette, bluntly told me that my voucher is invalid and fake and that they have not confirmed any deal with City Slicker and that City Slicker illegally advertised this deal, she also advised on several times that this is the information she received from her MD. I asked if I could speak to someone in management, she told me that she was the highest authority available and that no one in management would be able to assist and that management would tell me the same. I then became quite irate with her and asked her to give me a contact for the MD, she then responded saying that she has a queue full of people that she needs to assist and that they are more important than me and slammed the phone down on me. I would like CITY SLICKER and Acrobranch to get back to me!
