Mislead and ripped off

Due to no service availability/interruptions of Telkom land lines in our area, I decided to get 25G 25G (R999.00) deal plus the 3g modem (R399.00) 5/11/13. I paid the amount of R 1398.00 to the saleslady helping me on the day. She also offered to activate my account/SIM card/data following the registration process. This with the knowledge that I was going to have internet access for the next 6months provided that my 50G data is not used up within the 6 month period.
I started to use my data until I experienced coverage problems in a remote area. My inbox displayed a message indicating my data was depleted whilst my statistic data displaced that only 1500MB have been used.
I called the call center and explained my problem. The lady helping me informed me that I had bought a 10 G data once off bundle according to the system expiring Jan 2014. She could not help me and referred me to the shop where I had bought my data.
I have been back at the shop but not much that has happened. I went back yesterday but still there is no solution to my problem. I am told that there could have been a system error during the account/data loading process.
The ad is clearly 25G 25G not 10G
