It has recently come to my attention that I have been debited R7 per day off my airtime by your company. I only realized this when my airtime ran out. I have contacted my service provider MTN, and I was informed that this is because of R7debit by your company since end of October 2013. I do not know what your company does and I have no interest in your services.
I demand you to refund my money approximately R273 in airtime which was illegally debited from my cell phone account.
