INCOMPETENT / VODACOM

I HAVE NOW BEEN HARASSED FOR FOUR YEARS AND STILL THERE IS NO ONE COMPETENT ENOUGH TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM
I AM BEING CHARGED BY VODACOM FOR A HANDSET THAT WAS DELIVERED AND RETURNED AND NEVER CREDITED BACK INTO THE SYSTEM
I GET DAILY CALLS FROM NIMBLE AND STILL NO RESOLVE. HAVE REQUESTED DETAILED STATEMENTS AND STILL NO HELP.
I STUPIDLY PAID A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT WHICH IS NOT OWING TO VODACOM AND AM TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND ME A STATEMENT TO FORWARD TO ELITE MOBILE SO PROOF OF RETURN CAN BE FORWARDED TO NIMBLE COLLECTIONS AND MY MONEY BE REFUNDED
I WILL BE INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED IF THIS MATTER IS EVER RESOLVED. THIS HAS ALSO CAUSED ME TO BE BLACKLISTED AND HAS MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO RENT A PROPERTY.
I FEAR THERE IS SUCH A LACK OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IN VODACOM.
