I was called and sms in April to say that I can upgrade my contract.
I go in and ask about when should I come in to sign as I want new contract to fall in the NEW month, come back the last week end.
LONG story, LONG Emails etc.it turns out that I wasn't up for an up grade only in SEPTEMBER. this whole time every month a call and lots of emails as my now contract is SKY HIGH, nothing can be done about it. I ask for a URL report - only to get a call saying that they looked at it and it was right.
WHO looked at it?? NO I want Proof, as the charges where OUT OF THIS WORLD. together with the service.
So at the beginning of Nov, I go and sit at the Pavilion branch only to say they cant help me as they are not accounts and have to speak to accounts in JHB.So we sit for 3 hours and NOTHING.
After all that the lady said OH we could have given you a "data bundle" over those months for those ECT charges... BUT WE cant do anything about it now!
HONESTLY.
OH and to top if off when the contract did take effect they didn't up in place the data bundle that I signed for. Got an email say I don't have one in place. I have to EMAIL them proof.
