Every summer when the rain season starts my internet starts dropping. From when rain starts or wind blowing internet goes down. Contacted my ISP countless times to fix the porblem. They contact Telkom to come and investigate. They came to my house a few times, test my line when weather is good and send me feedback that my line is not faulty. I have made endless requests that the line is not fixed, i have even replaced all the lines in my house at my cost but did not fix the problem. Now since 2013-11-12 i have called every day for an update on my fault report and simply no one has visited from Telkom. I was called twice by Web Africa to tell me they are waiting on a response from Telkom but that is it. I don't know what to do any more, all calls i make seems to fall into a dark pit of useless call centers. 2.5 years of this and I don't know what to do anymore
