Nashua Mobile

I'm being thanked for my "continued patience" while still being bothered by people calling me asking me when i am going to pay! When Nashua wants money they can call you twice a week, i logged this complaint on the 31st Oct but haven't received any calls in order to assist me!
The mail that was sent to me says that they cant pull up the account due to "details provided does not match our record" but no call to get the information needed, now i am required to email customer care my I.D number which from my experience could result in them opening up another contract on my name.

Hows about a Little more effort from Nashua mobiles behalf? Hows about a phone call to get the required info? better yet, hows about a solution?

And why was the word removed from my previous complaint? You guys seem willing to commit but don't seem to like the word.
