Remember when we didn't have cellphones? SMS? Internet banking? The total inconvenience of people bugging you when you weren't near a telephone? Cell C is now offering ALL of these services! Its amazing - all I have to do is pay them, and I get this laid back life of basically no communication whatsoever if I'm not near a landline! Today Cell C helped me avoid a situation while organising my wedding by simply deciding that I don't actually need to make or receive urgent calls. This made me realise that I couldn't wait to just get home and throw all of my other electronic devices away, because in 1985 we didn't have such crazy things. Cell C also went even further by offering my customers the choice of looking for old-time businesses where each person mattered, by making me unreachable in the heart of Midrand. I wrote letters to each customer saying that I would be going out of business because I just wanted to live a simple life of no communication with them, and didn't need their money to survive.
