Worst customer service

I am complaining a third time about Nashua Mobile. Wish I never took out my contract with them. My Nokia Asha kept on saying 'memory full' after I deleted all my files and all my photos and all my sms'e.
Took the phone in... they dont (wont??) supply me with a loan phone, which means I had to buy a cheapie in the meantime already. They said it wont take more than a week - well guess, we are already at 2 weeks.

I phoned 3 times asking for feedback. The first time the guy said he cant give me feedback. I told him its unacceptable after which he told me he will mail/phone me back. Never got a email or a phone call. The other 2 times the same thing happend. No one comes back to me.

Am I ever going to get my phone back???

also, I am paying my FULL amount this month and I dont even have a phone!!!??? Isn't this against the consumer act???
