The worst call centre consultant eve

Good day. I phoned Getit call centre a few minutes ago to cancel my Getit subscription - I was met with the rudest, most arrogant consultant I have ever spoken to in my entire life. I phoned in with my OWN money in my OWN time and the call was costing me, but he was not interested at all in wasting my time and money. He kept going on about how I am wasting my time cancelling Getit, I dont know how to make good decisions, that he knows whats better for me, if I am aware of how much money I have spent on the Getit service and maybe I should start using it instead of cancelling it and making use of the money I spent. Basically, telling me how stupid I am and I dont know what I'm doing - no matter how much I tried to get him to stop he refused to and kept shouting. I am extremely angry at this terrible behaviour, this man has made me irate & upset, on top of it I am a pregnant woman & he has caused me unnecessary stress. Since your call centre always says you record all calls for quality purposes I have provided my details for you to go back and listen to this call and hope something is done about this and I am informed about it. I cannot even explain how angry I am. Customer is king!!
