BAD SERVICE!!! NO HELP AT ALL

After my Samsung S3 screen has broken it was taken for a quotation to repair in order for me to claim from insurance. This was over 4 weeks agao! I was told that we will receive a damage report the next day as the manager that complete these reports was notavailable. After waiting 2 weeks I went back and asked manager on duty to please ensure that we receive report the next day- this was not done the suppport center who then contacted said they will get a technician to contact me back in 36 hours - 4 days later NO PHONE CALL. I then contacted the repair center again and spoke to a lady called Nicole who tried to put me through to Rudolph whom is the person reponsible for the report.- he then said he can not take my call she insured me they will send it in two hours- this was not done. I then made my 4th attempt and contacted them again where a lovely lady who tried her utmost best for Rudolph to take my call and he refused- THIS IS SUPPOST TO BE A MANAGER!!! I have reported this on there facebook page and still have not received any response. I am disgusted and whithout a phone and anything to send to insurance!!!
