I have had a 30GB Unshaped DSL account with Telkom
3 weeks ago the Telkom call centre calls me and asks whether I want to upgrade to uncapped. I say yes and receive an SMS with new login details.
Instead of upgrading me to uncapped they created a 2ND account of an inferior 20GB Advanced line. So now I'm getting billed for 2 accounts and haven't even used my normal 30 GB unshaped account.
How can a contact centre to you and then add a 2nd account with out you approving???
I want the voice recording to go to the consumer protection office and to lay a claim.
Now I am and won't be able to work from home!!! What to do!
