EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have had this account since May 2013 and throughout the history of this account I have had endless problems with my accounts. My line is always cut and I cannot use the IPAD at all. I reported 4 complaints on Hello Peter and everytime I report a complaint someone will call and try to resolve the situation but as soon as the month ends the problem recurs. I am always charged a reconnection fee whenever the line is cut. I find this extremely unfair as the account is paid timeously and yet I still suffer. I am a medical doctor and it is extremely embarrassing that my device is the only device which never works. At present I am writing exams and my study material are ebooks. I cannot access my study material because my lines are blocked. I feel that I am receiving extremely poor service and will seriously not refer any of my colleagues to Autopage because of the service I receive. Today my bill was questioned again and suddenly I am told that because I am a cash customer, my bill needs to be paid by the 1st. This is not even the due date. How much more must I take before this situation is resolved? I feel like I am a target that Autopage exploits at every billing.
