Use of picture for Ads without my concerned and pa

I saw my picture on the MTN Yellow Deals 2013, Valid from 10 to the 31 Jan, page 23 this was spread across the country in all mtn stores, i was obviously shocked, because i was never contacted or paid for for it i need this brought to the attention of the wright persons within the MTM Marketing Department. Please provide me with feedback as soon as possible.
