Good Day,
I went to watch the Iron Man 3 movie at the prestige in Rosebank on the 5th May 2013. I complained to someone during the movie and after that the picture was blurry and I was not the only one to complain about it! I was told that I would be contacted and given feedback and this has still not happened. It was truly an utter waste of my time and money!!! I had booked and paid for 4 tickets and all of us could not enjoy the movie as the picture was terrible. I have watched a number of 3D movies and have never had any problems but this was not to the standard I had expected!
I received a response on Hello Peter and I expected feedback and a resolution to my complaint and this was never done. Please can someone see to my query/complaint!!!
