PAID BUT STILL A SUSPENDED LINE AND WONT UNBLOCK
I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM BUT MY LINE AND MY HUSBANDS LINE (IT BEING ON SAME CONTRACT) WAS SUSPENDED. PHONED AT 8 WHEN THEY OPENED TOLD ME THE PROOF OF PAYMENT IS STILL AT ADMIN AND IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR FOR THEM TO RECEIVE AND AN ADDITIONAL HOUR FOR THEM TO UNBLOCK THE LINE. I PHONED ...
