So there are not enough characters here to type my whole story. I am disgusted. MTN rejected my application for a 3G data contract for R249 p/m. There is a whole story to be explained here. I was not given a very good explanation. I have been a loyal MTN customer for probably 20 years now and I have never not been able to pay my account or any other account that I have for that matter. I was told that I am over committed. I would like to know what this is based on, because I know that I am definitely not over committed. The reason I came to MTN is because I wanted to cancel my existing Vodacom 3G contract to get and MTN one so that I have everything with MTN. I currently pay R369 for the Vodacom (pay it every month without issue). Anyway, if this is how MTN thanks their loyal customers I am seriously concerned. This incident has really insulted me and I am seriously considering cancelling everything I have with MTN and taking my very loyal business elsewhere. I don't need to be treated like that. I waited pateintly in the shop while any number of things were being delayed and the computer mouse was being hit against the counter as well because it wasn't working. Seriously!
