On the weekend his phone was and we went to MTN to report it and to claim. The manager Mark told my partner that he is not insured for a s4 . Which didnt make sense cos my partner has been paying an insurance premium montly for his phone to 24hour mobility. They told us that my partner was only insured for a s3 which was his previous phone he upgraded from to a s4. MTN is now trying to pass the buck because Portia didnt submit my partners insurance update paper after she assured us she will. Mark the manager is now also blaming us for not checking up. I wil not do mtn staffs work for them nor will I accept this terrible service. I DEMAND THAT MTN REPLACES MY PARTNERS PHONE! WHY WOULD HE PAY INSURANCE ON A PHONE HE DOESNT HAVE ANYMORE AFTER UPGRADING TO A S4.
