I took a contract mobile phone with MTN (Blackberry Z10) which i have been paying for. I was advised that the handset would be replaced if it gives me any problems within a period of 6 months from the day of purchase or repaired for free within 12 months. i have had the mobile for 5 months and took it back in as it was giving me problems and not only did they give me trouble booking it in for repairs but they did not keep their promise of replacing it. I was treated like a very troublesome nobody, the lady who assisted me (Charmaine) was very impatient when i asked questions and extremely rude. She didnt even bother to apologise when her colleague intervened. Im horrified by the and terrible service that MTN provides
