AM DEEPLY HURT AND DISAPPOINTED WITH VODACOM, THEY SOLD AND DELIVERED TO ME A FAULTY PHONE AND WHEN NOTIFIED THEY SAID THEY WILL COME AND GET IT AND THEY NEVER DID, THE JUST CONTINUED BILLING ME FOR IT INSTEAD. I'VE COMPLAINED TO THEM AND INITIALLY THEY SAID THEY WILL COME AND GET IT WITHIN 24HRS, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THE SECOND TIME THEY SAID THEY WILL COME AND GET IT THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN. NOW WHEN I CONTACT THEM NO ONE KNOWS THIS AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW UP ON IT. IT JUST A DISGRACE THAT A BIG COMPANY LIKE THIS ALSO PEOPLE IN SUCH A WAY
