MPHO SESHABELA IS VERY INCOMPETENT, 2 MONTHS AGO I TOOK OUT A CELLPHONE CONTRACT ON TOP UP 100, BUT SHE NEVER PUT IT ON THAT, SHE PUT IT ON OPEN PLAN AND MY ACCOUNT GOT DEBITED OVER R12000 IN TOTAL FOR DATA CHARGES AND SHE SAID THAT IT HAD SLIPPED HER MIND TO PUT IT ON TOP UP 100 SO AND I HAD TO GO TO THE BRANCH OVER 5 TIMES TO GET IT SORTED BUT TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE SORTED, NOW MY CREDIT RECORD IS F$%KED AND I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR HER INCOMPETENCY AND NEGLIGENCE, THAT MTN STORE PROVIDES THE WORST SERVICE. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR HER NEGLIGENCE THIS WILL BE ESCALATED TO THE HEAD AS WELL AS THE CEO OF MTN AS THIS HAS AFFECTED MY RECORD
