I'm more and more disappointed in MTN service.
I have logged query about 7 weeks ago. Ref, 2893939 or ref.2733164.
Nobody came back to me, nobody can help me.
I need update on current status of my query ASAP.
I cannot be in contact with my mother which one lives in Slovakia. She is elderly women in her 70ties. Only contact I have with her is to phone her. I need to be able to sms her.
When she sms me it comes as SA number what is incorrect, she is living in overseas. I cannot sms her at all.
I have also spoke to one of managers from Morningside SP branch, his name is Bradley. He cannot help me too.
So who is going to sort out my query? I think Hello Peter.
