Excellent Service from Bradley Kajah at Avis Amanz

I called Avis thinking I was through to the King Shaka Airport. I was assisted by Bradley Kajah who took it upon himself to sort out my query regarding an invoice. In this day and age, its unheard of to have someone who is not responsible or even from the correct branch assisting as Bradley did.
My query was sorted out and I was posted my invoice.
I was extremely impressed by Bradley professional attitude and eagerness to assist me, even though I was obviously through to the wrong branch... Excellent customer service...
